All too eagerly, the little monster sank her fangs into the back of the dead woman's neck. Little fingers ran themselves through the woman's hair, subconsciously braiding the soft strands as Hallie fed. The woman was a mother no doubt and the feeling of taking her energy comforted Hallie, making her feel more docile and comfortable, as if the mother's hands were wrapped protectively around her.
What was that feeling called? When you knew someone watched over you? When you knew you were safe once and for all? Hallie scrambled to remember that feeling, but came up at a point blank. It frustrated her to not know what this feeling, this raging desire was. Rather than irritate herself further, she toddled after Rho.
The part of Hallie's tail that'd been hacked off had closed up, sealing the stump in flesh and scales. The beginnings of new tail were growing in, slightly lighter in color than before, but just as strong and dangerous. Still fatigued, Hallie came up to Rho's web and scratched at it. She didn't pressure her claws to break the webbing, but to rather, as a puppy would to a glass door, allowing Rho to know that she was missed.
“Rho? Rhooooo?” she whimpered, “Are y-y-you done yet? Are you done yet? I had th-that feeling again.”

Stirring from her sleep as Hallie gently scratched and pawed at her web sanctuary, Rho opened one eye, gently touching at her stomach to see how much of the damage was repaired. The blood was now gone, and the wounds had been knitted together into two long ropey scars, and it would be a while before the swelling on them went down, but it was enough to sustain her for now.
Allowing the webbing to unfurl like a blooming flower, Rho looked up at Hallie from her position sat on the floor, before smiling a little, comforted by the thought that she was needed by someone. Despite being a Damned creature, Rho had managed to maintain - or enhance, given her obsessions - the maternal instinct, the need to be needed. And Hallie helped to fulfil that want, and for that she was eternally grateful, seeing the girl as almost like the little sister she'd never had.
Reaching up, she gently spun the little creature one-hundred and eighty degrees, before sitting her down between her legs, hugging round her like an older sister would to their young sibling to comfort them. "Why don't you tell me about it again, Hallie? Maybe Rho will figure it out this time..."
Even though not much of the venom had seeped into her bloodstream, Pisces found herself hardly able to move, speak, or even breathe for that matter. Her muscles tensed in shock and panic, but she vaguely felt herself being swept up, the changing of light against her dulled eyes meaning that they must be outside. She would be okay... At least Akio was there to help her.
This venom was powerful stuff, able to streak through your veins in a matter of minutes, paralysing you from head to toe until you were effectively in a state of living rigor mortis, only able to die. Pisces attempted to speak, finding it difficult to move her lips, her voice coming out weak, strained and distorted.
"N-Nii... san... I-I'm... scared..."

Akio was instantly concerned when Pisces tried to speak. Her voice was weak, almost too weak. It was scary really how weak she sounded, he didn't think that the poison had been that strong, he had noticed that it paralyzed her but hadn't noticed that everything about her body was strained now.
He started to jog lightly, knowing that every second counted. "Don't worry, I'll get you back home and we'll have one of our medics take a look at you. You know I would never let you die on my watch after all."

Shivering from the feeling of her tail growing back in, Hallie would jerk her arms and legs outwards every now and then. Little goosebumps polka-dotted her arms and only added to her discomfort. Skin felt too tight, bones ached in pain, and her previous wounds became itchy as they rapidly sealed up. It was Rho who kept Hallie from throwing a tantrum, preventing her from going on an immature rampage through the town of innocents. Without Rho's comforting embrace, Hallie would be a sobbing mess in front of a soulless crowd, nothing to sate her but a full stomach.
After squirming until she could sit comfortably and keep the flaking of dried blood to a minimum, Hallie crossed her arms and pouted. Rho was patient with her childlike behavior and for that Hallie was grateful. They could easily obsess over “important” matters together, become giddy after a successful evening of revenge, and share their Damned happiness. Yet there was no doubt Hallie acted and was treated younger than Rho. The tiny creature depended on Rho to function, to keep herself from going entirely insane...mostly.
“I w-w-want it to come again,” Hallie whimpered, “It feels l-like someone's watching me...An-and they care f-f-for me...But it makes me really, really, really, really angry! Why c-c-can't I have that? I want it! I want that feeling! Why d-do the humans get to feel it and I can't? I want it, Rho! I want it! I want it! I want it!”
Throwing her chubby hands towards the sky in exasperation, Hallie released a frustrated huff. She didn't like it when someone had something she didn't.

Thirteen wandered around, waiting for something interesting to happen. She heard the sound of fighting in the library but didn't dare do in. Just because she was a Damned didn't mean she was stupid. Thirteen stared up at the sky, then turned and bumped into a man. She stepped back, slightly dazed, then looked at the man. He was rather handsome and holding a girl. A very injured one. Thirteen saw the look of worry plastered on his face. "She isn't going to die today." And with that, she walked off. Well, skipped off. Until she tripped.
Pain pulsed through her body as she grazed her chin against the hard ground. Her chest ached as she breathed, trying to assess the situation. Thirteen lay, paralyzed. Slowly, she regained control of her arms and steadily pushed herself up into a sitting position. Her skin on her chin was grazed and blood began to trickle down her neck. Thirteen couldn't understand what this feeling was but wiped her neck. Blood stained her hands. Slowly, she brought her hand up to her mouth and licked it. Happiness jumped around her tounge as she continued licking her hand until it was clean. But the pain in her chin continued, no matter how much blood she drank. Thirteen touched her chin abd quickly withdrew her hand away as the pain sharpened. She looked at her hand and put it down, waiting for the pain to subside.

Being close to passing out, Pisces did not see Thirteen, only hearing her words, finding them oddly calming, slipping into a state of unconsciousness at the sound of her voice, as if she knew that it was safe to sleep. She trusted that Akio could save her, whatever kind of... devil poison that coursed through her veins. At the hands of that spider beast...
Rho stayed silent for a moment, merely hugging Hallie, subdued by sadness at the thought. She understood that feeling, but she didn't know what it was like to have ever felt it... It was difficult to miss something that you had never even known, and yet Rho found her heart aching at the thought, a spark of humanity within her causing faint tear residue to well up in her eye.
"Rho cares for you, Hallie..." She murmured softly, knowing that it wasn't quite the same as what her companion pined for, but hoped that it would provide some sort of small comfort, at least for now. It was true, Rho would do anything for Hallie, thinking of her as part of her tiny family, consisting only of those damned to hell. She would make sure that no harm ever came to them, even if it meant giving her own life...
She would never allow what happened to Dylan to happen to them.
Head snapping up as she heard a muffled thump from not too far away, Rho squinted, gazing into the distance, just able to make out a figure sat on the ground, with long, silky white hair and a flowing white dress... "Thirteen?" She called, sounding happy at the thought of another of her 'sisters' joining them.
Like both herself and Hallie, Thirteen was another one of the Damned, and another creature that Rho had chosen to take under her wing, as one of her 'little sisters', or even as close as a daughter figure, like Hallie.

Akio simply blinked at the small damned, confused as to why it was telling him that Pisces would live. He shook his head and continued walking, knowing that the distractions were just going to slow him down. He felt the slow breathing of his sister, knowing that she must have finally passed out from the venom. He didn't mind, as long as she kept breathing she would be safe.
When they approached the building in which they lived and operated out of he pushed open the door and was instantly greeted by a group of people. Among that group was their top medic. "She's been poisoned by a Damned. You know what to do, just make sure she lives, alright?"
At this the medic nodded, taking Pisces from Akio's arms and quickly taking her to the back room where he would hook her up to an IV, since they had no anti-venom for it they would just have to wait until the stuff filtered out of her system.
